9th March 2014,

Dear sponsors,

I write this note to thank you for the financial support you gave me through my secondary school Education.

After my primary School Education, I was stranded about my high school fees. I did not know where to turn to but you came to my rescue.  A chance to learn by paying my fees!  You gave me a stepping stone to the next level in my life, Light and a reason to smile.

You gave me a reason to pursue my dreams and always push forward even though the road seemed to be rough.  Because of you I could dream once more believing that I would wake up to see my dreams come true.  You became my pillar when you agreed to pay my secondary school fee.

Finally, I scored an A minus.  This grade is not only mine but also yours, my family, friends and relatives who stood by me and gave me the spirit to keep on running my race.  Thank you for the books you bought me, my backpack and every other thing you bought for me.  I will keep them as souvenir and constant reminder of my life in the project.  They will be a reminder of the support you gave me. Thank you for supporting my mother in her business. Because of this support we are able to have more than one meal a day, my sisters were able to go to school, and we can access most basic needs.

May God bless you abundantly.  May he bless the work of your hands and give you the spirit to help many more children out there.  May you always be light in a child`s life just the way you were my light. Thank you.

Your grateful child,

Loice

TO THE SPONSOR.

Dear Sir/Madam,

        RE:APPRECIATION FOR YOUR SUPPORT

I am grateful and happy for your support that you have guaranteed me. The support and help you have provided me with is one of the most and greatest gift l have ever had. This came when my father had just passed on when I sat for the Kenya certificate of Primary education. Without your support I could have never stepped into Secondary school. I appreciate you so much for enabling me to study and I will never disappoint you.

The conducive environment you have enabled me to study in was unexpected, but through you, l am sure to achieve my dream. I appreciate all that you have done to me.

I appreciate your good work to me by praying to the Lord God to gurantee you long life and happy moments throughout your lifetime. Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Owino.

June 2005 – Vote of thanks

Dear Sir,

I would like to express my vote of thanks and gratitude to your organisation for the concern you have shown and the continued support that you have and are still blessing uw with. May the almighty God bless you abundantly. I now realize that this was a divine connection between us; that is the project and you have made me change totally from being a street boy to at least somebody in the society. This is great.

The knitting machine you bougth for mama Joel (my wife) has also become of great help to us as a family. The business is picking well. At least now the efficiency in production has improved a lot. Thank you very much sir for this…

… When we met last on 14th October 2004, I told you of the kind of job I was doing which was also temporary. Here comes good news. On 1st December 2004 I got confirmed as a permanent worker with RH Devani Limited. This is my seventh month since that confirmation. At RH Devani Limited, I am employed as a general fitter and a turner doing the following operations:
1. Lathe Machine Operations
2. Milling Machine Operations
3. Shaper Machine Operations
4. Arc Welding Operations
5. Gas Welding Operations
6. General Maintenance Work

If I could recall well the anniversary we had at Bowling Restaurant Nairobi, we, as the students body agreed to be channels of blessings to others just as the project has been to us. With that, I have had opportunity to help a least 3 persons secure jobs. One with RH Devani Limited and the other 2 with different Companies. This is just a humble beginning…

Yours faithfully,

Opondo
